'Allo everyone!

I'm here today to tell you about the new rules for Season 2 of CyberBall!

For Season 2, Team Captains are encouraged to recruit heavily to fill out their 20 man rosters. A team cap of 1000 overalls is the max you can have. We are doing this in order to fill out every line change and to allow new and lower rated players the oppertunity to play. A minimum of 10 players is needed for any team to be formed. Party teams can be formed as well with a limit of 1 team per party. Cities are limited to 2 teams per city.

All teams formed must play for a certain city, left over players will be placed in a world team with the highest ranking player named Captain for the season.

A 10-man team would be capped at the average of 475. Subs would be made to fill out the rest of the cap with their stats being equal in every ability. This is to stop a team of 6 super rated players creating an all star team.

Each team must have the following;

12 Forwards
6 Defensemen
2 Goalies

At least 3 Forwards, 2 Defensemen and 1 goalie must be real citizens and not substitutes.

If a team doesn't fill the roster of 20-men, the extra SUBs the team would be rerated to complete the balance of the Rating Cap.

Example; 8-man team signs up... Overall the 8 players come to 440 Rating. This is an average of 55 per player. This is under the cap. So the SUBs they have could be adjusted to be slightly better to cover the Cap balance. So the 2 SUBs would be increased from 1 Rating to 20 each so that the salary cap we are imposing is used in full by each team for the roster.
